FREQUNETLY ASKED QUESTIONS Frequently asked questions Wedding How do we book? The best way to get in touch is by filling out the enquiry form on our contact page, and then you will be send a welcome email with a brochure that will have package information and pricing. I always like to book in a call to have a chat with the both of you to find out more about your wedding plans and how I can help make them a reality. After this I will send a pick and choose quote form with all my packages, so you can pick whatever suits your day best. Once you have accepted the quote a contract and invoice for your deposit is automatically generated. Once the contract has been signed and deposit paid you are booked in. Are you insured? I have full public liability insurance. What does full day coverage mean? Full day coverage is from bridal prep - first dance and then up to an hour after that. I usually arrive in the morning around 2 - 3 hours before ceremony time as this allows me to capture bridal prep, groom prep, details and venue shots. If there were any extra things you would like me to stay for then this is included in the coverage aswell. How long until we receive our photos/videos This varies between the two, just because the workload for videos is much more. My delivery times for photos are 6 - 8 weeks but during busier periods this could be pushed back to 8-10 weeks. I do all the editing myself, which is why sometimes it can take a bit longer because I want to make sure that your photos or videos are perfect before sending them to you. Can you photograph/film us both getting ready? This depends on timings and location. If you are both getting ready at the same venue then my answer is yes I can. However if you are getting ready in separate locations it makes it a lot harder to capture both without missing out on key moments. In this case ,if it's really important to you that both are captured I would recommend adding a second shooter to your booking.
